Manage SAP PM systems, preventive maintenance schedules, and job cards with precision and consistency.
Improve coordination between maintenance and production teams for minimal disruption during shutdowns or breakdowns.
Analyse equipment performance data and identify improvement opportunities through root cause analysis.

If you have 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment, and enjoy working hands-on with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or similar CMMS/EWO systems, this role could be for you.
You’ll need solid exposure to preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, job card planning, MRP systems, and resource allocation. A basic understanding of WCM fundamentals and ISO/SHEQ frameworks will set you apart. Analytical thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are key to success.

Develop, review, and optimise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in SAP PM.
Allocate manpower, parts, and time effectively while ensuring maintenance quality and compliance.
Maintain accurate maintenance histories and analytics to support audits and continuous improvement.
Monitor maintenance KPIs, breakdown trends, and cost metrics to drive plant efficiency.
Coordinate predictive maintenance tasks like vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication.
Uphold compliance, safety, and risk standards while maintaining technical documentation libraries.
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to support budgeting, critical spares management, and resource planning.
