    Maintenance Program Lead

    The Maintenance Program Lead will lead the professional maintenance program as outlined by the Unilever manufacturing system and ensure execution at site level. This role will work under the leadership of the Engineering Capabilities Manager, ensuring a standardised approach is applied across the BU and is aligned with the global 7 step methodology, supporting manufacturing sites on their professional maintenance journey, ensuring time based, condition based and preventative maintenance schedules are in place and are tracked on a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS). The purpose of this role is also to train and develop technical teams on PM methodology and ensure technical skills are developed within the cluster.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Development of site maintenance strategies together with Site Engineering
    • Deployment of Professional maintenance system as per UMS guideline
    • Ensure roll out and drive adoption of standardized CMMS
    • Develop and implement core engineering standards
    • Coaching on effective root cause analysis
    • Update or work closely with Training to ensure development plans for technical teams are updated
    • Conduct training on PM methodology
    • Auditing sites on engineering standards and PM Steps
    • Tracking, consolidating, reporting and presentation of Maintenance KPIs
    • Manage operational forums for PM across sites

    Professional Qualifications / Experience:

    Professional Qualifications / Experience:

    • B.Sc. Mech Eng Or B.Tech. Mech Eng
    • TPM / WCM or UMS experience
    • 5 years + experience in FMCG maintenance field
    • Auditing or assessor experience
    • GCC or local equivalent preferable
