Maintenance Technician - Pretoria at ManpowerGroup South Africa

RESPONSABILITIES

• Development of all preventive maintenance activities defined in the Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan (APMP);
• Carry out maintenance activities curative requested by other departments, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and facilities;
• Make the correct changes of format cutting, filtering and screening machines for the preparation of fruits;
• Carry out periodic lubrication defined in the Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan;
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and facilities after any intervention;
• Carry out start-ups and ensure proper working of equipment and facilities;
• Monitoring of all activities from outside companies for requested services;
• Fulfill the Job Cards of each preventive or curative maintenance intervention;
• Report to the superiors any anomaly detected in equipment and facilities;
• Carry out daily checklist and ensure issues are reported to your superiors and repaired;
• Carry out weekly scare verification and calibration;
• Carry out inspections on lifting equipment and ensuring battery levels are sufficient;
• Performing stand by as per shift schedule.

PROFILE

• Minimum N2 Qualified Millwright;
• 1-2 years of professional experience in similar functions;
• Good level of communication in English (mandatory);
• Results orientation, proactivity and problem-solving ability.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Shifts: 6 am – 2 pm / 2 pm – 10 pm / 10 pm – 6 am. The position is for someone available to work by shifts – every week the person will be responsible to do one of these shifts
