Operational Exposure

• Learn daily branch operations, including customer onboarding, transaction processing, documentation, and system usage.
• Understand company policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
• Support administrative and operational tasks under supervision.

Sales & Business Development Support

• Assist with customer acquisition initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product promotions.
• Shadow sales teams to learn customer engagement and negotiation skills.
• Support the completion of sales documents and compliance requirements.

Risk & Compliance Awareness

• Learn the fundamentals of regulatory compliance within financial services.
• Support monitoring of credit applications, documentation checks, and risk indicators.
• Participate in resolving basic operational risks or audit queries.

Customer Experience & Service

• Engage with customers professionally and courteously under guidance.
• Learn how to handle queries, basic complaints, and customer feedback.
• Observe and support service improvement initiatives.

Reporting, Data & Analysis

• Assist in gathering operational and sales data for reporting.
• Learn how to interpret basic performance metrics.
• Support the preparation of weekly/monthly reports for management 

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and customer service principles.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibility.

Skills:

• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the organisation. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Analytical thinking with an eagerness to solve problems. 
• Customer centric mindset. 
• Ability to work in teams and follow guidance. 
• Flexibility to travel or rotate across branches if required

Experience:

• Work experience in financial services is advantageous
