JOB DESCRIPTION

To drive the adoption and utilisation of digital features, products and services for an allocated client journey in Business and commercial Client Africa Region in order to enhance client experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications
- Business Commerce Degree
- Information Studies Degree
- Certificate in Design Thinking, Process Engineering, Business Analysis, Agile / SaFe, Data Science, Change Management
Experience
- 5-7 years experience in analysing information and interpreting requirements to design and implement solutions to solve customer problems
- Experience in Agile development principles, people engagement and change management
- Previous experience within a financial services industry understanding the bank’s products and services in managing a customer portfolio
