JOB DESCRIPTION

To support Provincial Leadership in the attainment of the Province’s financial and Weighted Scorecard objectives (Consumer & High Net Worth) by preparing and analysing the financial results, productivity measures, leading indicators and costs (including guidance on income statement matters) of the Province and various Business Units, identifying problem areas and potential for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree

Field of Study: Finance and Accounting

Other Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Memberships: Chartered Accountant (CA(SA) preferred (1 to 3 years post articles)

Experience Required

• High level of business acumen and understanding
• Knowledge of the bank’s policies and procedures
• Conceptual understanding of the bank’s systems, system linkages and procedures from a business perspective
• Experience with presenting information to a large and senior audience
