Championing continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure that production targets are met according to specified standards, policies, and procedures.
Effective planning of short- and medium-term production activities to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Financial expenditure within agreed parameters

About you:
Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous Mines
5 Years’ experience in a management position at an underground metalliferous mine
Previous trackless mining experience will be advantageous.
Ability to work successfully as part of a diverse team.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Managing mine team optimization
