Manager: Projects & Planning at University of Fort Hare

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Manages Projects and Planning.
• Financial Planning & Budgeting.
• Organisational unit staff management.
• Manages Infrastructure / Built Environment Capital Projects Planning.
• Engineering Project Management. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 Year degree (NQF 8) in Civil Engineering / Architecture /Quantity Surveying.
• PrEng/PrEngTech or SACQSP (Quantity Surveyor) or SACAPSA (Architecture).
• 6 years minimum experience in the Built Environment and Environment maintenance planning.
• 2 - 3 years managerial experience.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES:

• Experience as a principal agent on a construction project (knowledge of contracts & legal requirements).
• Experience in a higher education context.
• OSHA Certification.
