Purpose Statement

• To establish, grow, lead and manage the Purpose Lending: Retail Credit product and service offering.

• To enable the Purpose Lending: Retail Credit Function with the right partnerships and the capacity to deliver quality products and services.

• To develop and implement the Purpose Lending: Retail Credit business plan and strategy in order to contribute to the revenue growth of the bank. 

Experience

Minimum:

• 3-5 years’ experience in the Retail, Finance or Banking industry 

• Applying business and commercial acumen and building/driving new business.. 

• Negotiating and contracting complex and high value agreements and deals. 

• Product lifecycle management.

• Product ownership, design and marketing.

• Leading and managing internal and external teams.

• Building stakeholder relationships/ partnership relationships.

Ideal:

• Education, medical, and retail credit experience in both Greenfields and mature business spaces.

• Business ownership, design and marketing in relation to new product life cycle.  

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business Administration

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• Masters Degree in Commerce or Business Administration
