We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead technical strategy, delivery, and team development across multiple projects in the CEMEA region. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and operational excellence to build a scalable, high-performing engineering hub.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement technical strategy for multiple delivery teams.
Drive engineering best practices, architecture, and quality standards.
Ensure alignment with global initiatives and modern frameworks.
Oversee delivery across diverse projects and regions.
Recruit and develop diverse technical talent.
Build and manage engineering teams to meet regional demand.

Qualifications
10+ years in software development.
2+ years in engineering leadership or management.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience with system architecture, code reviews, and test-driven development.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, .NET, SQL).
Familiarity with project planning tools and resource models.
Ability to lead complex projects and manage budgets effectively.
