Manager, Structured Trade and Commodity Finance (Transaction Management Unit)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Co-ordinate the end to end transaction process supporting Structured Trade and Commodity Finance Investment Banking Products in conjunction with various stakeholders (both internal and external to the bank) with a specific focus on deal closing, facility origination, ongoing facility administration, collateral, covenant and document management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification:
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Science, or equivalent tertiary education.
Experience:
- Experience within a Structured Trade and Commodity Finance division or similar Middle Office environment supporting Investment Banking
- Experience in Collateral management facilities and Borrowing base facilities
- Experience within an Internal Audit team or Credit Manager
- Experience in stock monitoring
- Analysing debtors age analysis
- Loan management
- Security analysis in stock, debtors and cash positions
- Full understanding of legal agreements relating to Structured Trade and Commodity Finance facilities
