Managing Director - Pest Control at Tsebo Solution

• Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead and scale its national Pest Control Division within a large, diversified services environment. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially astute executive to assume full accountability for strategy, operations, financial performance, and regulatory excellence. Duties & Responsibilities    

• Provide strategic leadership and direction aligned to divisional and group objectives
• Lead overall business performance, including profitability, growth, and cost optimisation
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all operational sites
• Drive operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and performance management
• Oversee supply chain, procurement, and inventory optimisation through data-driven systems
• Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, safety, and pest control regulations
• Maintain all statutory certifications, licences, and audit requirements
• Build and sustain strong client, supplier, and stakeholder relationships
• Represent the division at executive forums and industry platforms

Skills and Competencies    

• Strategic, commercial, and analytical leadership capability
• Strong financial acumen with proven PNL management experience
• Deep operational leadership within multi-site or distributed service models
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication skills
• Sound knowledge of regulatory, environmental, and health and safety standards

Qualifications    

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Postgraduate qualification in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 8+ years senior leadership experience managing a business or business unit
• Proven experience in strategic planning, operational execution, and financial management
• Experience leading large, multi-site and geographically dispersed teams
• Exposure to service-based industries such as pest control, facilities management, cleaning, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, or similar regulated environments
