Manufacturing Executive at RCL Foods

• A Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in the Engineering, Operations Management Business Science.
• A minimum of 10 years post-qualifying work experience as a senior manager in Manufacturing or Industrial environment, with experience in world class manufacturing, lean operation processes being advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting, leading and implementing safety, health and environmental programmes.
• Driving product quality and Food Safety standards
• Leading people and managing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Building strong employee relations.
• Formulating and executing site and operational strategies.
• Delivering production and business targets including Safety, Quality, Cost, Service and Cash.
• Implementing operational efficiency and cost savings programmes.
• Optimizing operational efficiency and reporting KPIs.
• Driving productivity and reliability improvements.
• Leading relevant technical project implementation.
