Our Client in the Manufacturing Sector is looking for an experienced HR Officer to prioritise and meet deadlines, attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to work in a team with a positive attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Study loans administration
- Job description administration
- New employee preparation and engagement
- Grading (Pattersons)
- Performance appraisal administration bi-annually
- Training co-ordination and administration
- Chieta Grant administration and Learner Management
- Premier HR training updates
- Employee development plan administration
- Training and HR administration / payments
- Recruitment - Support function for all aspects of recruitment.
- Industrial Relations - Support function for all aspects of IR.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Relevant HR degree or Diploma
- 3 years in a similar position
- Chemical Industry Knowledge
