Ensure compliance with EHS and Saint-Gobain regulations and guidelines to uphold quality expectations of customers and company.
Manage Technical Projects (CAPEX and OPEX) and ensure they are completed on time, in full and on budget (OTIF).
Manage production and ensure that production is done according to the Production Plan and ensure that products produced are to an acceptable standard.
Align and execute strategic projects according to the priorities of the business.
Identify training and development opportunities for Shift Leader and their teams and monitor progress against KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor all control procedures, recommending improvements to improve plant efficiencies such as OEE, Availability, MTBF and MTTR.
To lead, coach and manage the engineering and production teams to ensure an engaged workforce.

An ideal candidate must have an appropriate university degree (BSC, B.Eng. Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical) Knowledge and application of continuous improvement methodologies.
You need to have 8 years work experience in a Production or Process discipline in a continuous process manufacturing environment. 3 years of that experience be in a management/leadership role. Ability to lead cross functional project teams to successful completion. Working within ISO9001 ISO14001 and OSHAS145001 systems.
Good communication skills, knowledge, and application of company disciplinary procedure.
