    Market Access Manager

    What will you need to be successful?

    • Identify opportunities to improve coverage and overcome market access barriers for S&N products
    • Develop and execute strategies to create, optimise, and defend reimbursement and funding
    • Coordinate local HTA submissions, applications, and negotiations to achieve timely access at target pricing
    • Adapt global payer value propositions into relevant, localised payer messages
    • Monitor the reimbursement and policy landscape to identify opportunities and risks
    • Engage directly with payers, economic decision‑makers, and key stakeholders to support adoption of S&N technologies
    • Work closely with Global Clinical Strategy, Health Economics, Evidence, Communications, and Commercial teams to define evidence requirements
    • Lead or support development of budget impact models, cost models, and real‑world evidence analyses
    • Support clinical teams with site identification and protocol input for in‑market studies
    • Manage selected external consultants supporting strategic projects
    • Engage with industry and professional associations to represent S&N interests
    • Train commercial colleagues to effectively communicate the economic value proposition
    • Provide reimbursement input into NPD, licensing, and acquisition opportunities

    Successful candidates would need the following:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or a related field
    • 3–4+ years’ experience in healthcare
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a market access, marketing, clinical, or commercial role
    • Strong understanding of national and regional funding and reimbursement processes
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally, virtually, and independently
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Effective negotiation skills with flexibility and resilience
    • High agility and comfort working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
    • Proactive, results‑driven mindset with a “make it happen” attitude
    • Confident operating in a matrix organisation
