Market Development Manager for MEA Region, Motion Services Division
Support local service units in the development and execution of the strategies and business plans related to focus initiatives. Support local service units in implementing the agreed channel sales strategy within the defined countries in alignment with the local channel development team. Provide channel strategy inputs to the Sales team and helps to harmonize the approach across the region. Support in the pre-evaluation, certification, onboarding and training of selected channel partners.
Contribute in creating a clear business plan, targets and expectations of the channel partners and follow up the performance in alignment with the expectations. Implement the planned communication, promotion, and training activities in the channel/segment. Support countries in understanding the full potential via proactive installed base mapping, ensuring the right focus on the correct portfolio elements.
Support activities ensuring profitable business growth focused on orders growth, increased penetration & market share. Support in ensuring the full alignment of support for the different offerings by active engagement with the relevant stakeholders from the service supply units.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
8+ years of experience of supporting service sales and development of multiple channels towards market.
Solid background on channel partner management and development.
Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken). Arabic or French language is a plus.
Sound knowledge in Motion products & service offerings and the various industrial segments.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related applications with which to perform daily work (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Visio etc.);
Leadership skills being able to coach and motivate the local sales units.
Customer oriented and demonstrated competence in products, applications, markets and competition.
