About the job
Our company is looking to hire a marketing and admin assistant, who will work closely with both the office manager and marketing team, providing administrative support on various tasks.
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the office manager
Providing administrative support to the marketing team
General office duties
Conducting market research
Organising & collating market research
Help identify market trends and opportunities
Maintaining marketing/sales databases
Email marketing
Assist with various digital marketing initiatives
Social media marketing
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in business or marketing
Minimum 4 years experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Good organisation skills
Digital marketing experience advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
