RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create Content That Makes an Impact

• Design engaging marketing and communication materials.
• Develop content for newsletters, campaigns, presentations, and digital channels.
• Assist in bringing the Fraser Alexander brand to life through compelling visual and written communication.

Support Digital and Social Media Campaigns

• Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
• Monitor trends and contribute fresh content ideas.
• Help grow and strengthen our digital presence.

Tell Meaningful Stories

• Support internal communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives. 
• Assist with content creation for company announcements, success stories, and key business updates.

Build Your Marketing Skills

• Support the creation of visual content for social media and digital platforms.
• Write and edit communication material such as welcome emails, company notices, and social media posts.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree/BTech in: Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Honours will be advantageous.

EXPERIENCE:

• No formal work experience required.
• A portfolio of academic or personal photography and design will be advantageous.

SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Basic photography, graphic design and digital content creation skills.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of visual storytelling, branding and content development principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational, planning and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic corporate environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must not have participated in a Graduate Programme.
• Must not have work experience in the discipline in question.
• Must be willing to relocate nationally when required.
• South African Citizen.
