Marketing Coordinator at AECI Limited

Job Description

• Assist team with daily administrative tasks.
• Ordering of gifts for customers, promotional gifts and items etc
• Ordering corporate branded wear
• Ensure orders are received
• Arranging that PO and GRN is done (via office) and appears on service provider invoices of consultants
• Liaise with outsourced individuals to get social media posts done (currently only on LinkedIn
• Liaise with AECI head office marketing team to ensure all branding complies with our standards
• Liaise with line manager, sales team and technical team to get advertisements or brochures ready and approved
• Assist to get sales and technical teams registered for industry events
• Arrange that gifts and banners etc for industry events are sent to venues etc
• Book exhibition stands where needed
• Advise on general marketing aspects and principles
• Customer Surveys
• Align Brand Management company branding
• Manage portfolio and customers of companion animal product range

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 with post matric diploma or degree in Marketing, graphic design or motion design.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a Marketing Position and experience in basic graphic design
• Previous exposure in the Animal health industry
• Prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions including communications, digital marketing and social media advantageous.
• Excellent brochure and catalogue design skills using different software.
• Basic web design or HTML knowledge and skills.
• Familiar with the management of different social medial platforms.
• Ability to edit articles for improved readability and appeal to audience.
• Basic copywriting knowledge.
• Possess marketing campaign planning experience and excellent project management skills.
• Events planning experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Proficiency at the intermediate level advantageous.
• Knowledge of SHEQ Management Systems requirements advantageous.
