Key Responsibilities

You will assist the Traffic Manager with the following tasks: 

• Follow up daily on emails 
• Identify opportunities to adjust and revise work processes thereby increasing efficiency 
• Conduct daily meetings to ensure that design team are aware of deadlines Prepare daily priority lists, weekly project status reports and project budgets 
• Regularly track and update project statuses 
• Developing work schedules to ensure that projects and processes are on schedule 
• Create timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects 
• Communicate potential problems and recommend solutions 
• Inform project teams of any changes Ensure process and approvals are adhered to

Qualifications and Experience

• A 2021, 2022 or 2023 Graduate with a relevant qualification in Marketing 
• South African Citizen 
• No work experience needed 
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications 
• Knowledge of management software Required documents:
