In this role, you will contribute to business growth by developing and executing innovative and effective marketing communications strategies aligned with global and local frameworks.
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, strengthen brand positioning, and support sales initiatives across the Smart Buildings and Smart Power Electrification businesses in Southern Africa.
Each day, you will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and ensuring marketing activities deliver measurable business impact through strong alignment with corporate, regional, and global marketing strategies.

This role is contributing to the Electrification's Smart Building and Smart Power divisions in Southern Africa.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with global, regional, and local business objectives
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, trade media, print, and sponsorships)
Drive end-to-end campaign management, including strategy, content localization, execution, and performance analysis
Generate and nurture leads through targeted marketing initiatives and structured lead management processes
Select, adapt, and deploy marketing communication tools to support sales and commercial objectives
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
Identify market trends, customer insights, and new business opportunities through data-driven analysis
Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights to optimize marketing effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, global marketing) to ensure alignment and successful execution
Manage budgets and ensure marketing activities deliver strong ROI
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5–10 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Campaign Management, or related roles
Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign analytics
Experience working across multiple markets and adapting global strategies to local contexts
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
