    Marketing Manager ELSB & ELSP

    • In this role, you will contribute to business growth by developing and executing innovative and effective marketing communications strategies aligned with global and local frameworks.

    • Drive end-to-end campaign management, including strategy, content localization, execution, and performance analysis

    Qualifications for the role

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • 5–10 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Campaign Management, or related roles
    • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign analytics
    • Experience working across multiple markets and adapting global strategies to local contexts
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

    Project Manager

    Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

    Trade Compliance Manager

    Your role and responsibilities

    • In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure that local businesses in assigned areas conduct their activities in line with ABB trade policies and guidelines and to implement ABB's Global Trade Program.
    • Each day, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with import/export-related trade regulations at a local level. You will also showcase your expertise by creating, documenting, and maintaining procedures and guidelines for export control and sanctions, as well as customs compliance requirements.

    • This role is contributing to the Finance Division in SSA Region.

    You will be mainly accountable for:

    • Providing periodic updates to the relevant stakeholders on the status of the local implementation of ABB’s Global Trade Program and significant changes in export control and customs laws/regulations.
    • Implementing and maintaining a general export control and customs compliance awareness program for local business staff and providing trade-related training to employees (particularly in cases of delegated export control responsibilities).
    • Facilitating seamless connection between trade compliance and day-to-day operations, including master data requirements, supplier qualifications, etc., in collaboration with staff in the assigned area.
    • Conducting local trade reviews and/or annual “self-audits” with respect to trade compliance, identifying improvement areas, and taking corrective actions.

    Qualifications for the role

    • Bachelor's or Honour's Degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics ,Law or Related Field
    • Over 5 years comprehensive professional experience, including 3 years specializing in Trade Compliance mainly export controls, with deep expertise in regional regulatory frameworks - ranging from local customs regulations to international export controls and sanction compliance.
    • Strong export controls knowledge (Required)
    • Management function in Customs and Trade Compliance (Required)
    • Experience in Free Trade Agreements, classification and valuation under the World Customs Organization (WCO) and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).
    • Knowledge of Global Trade Management System (active use of SAP-GTS)
    • Certified Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) is a plus

    Global Sales Manager Business Line Mining & Materials

    • As Global Sales Manager for Business Line Mining & Materials, you will lead the global sales function and serve as a member of the Business Line Management Team.

As a member of the BL Management Team, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and long-term success of the business.
    • Leading the global BL Mining & Materials sales function and driving performance, capability development and engagement across the organization.
    • Driving the overall commercial strategy and achieving targets for orders, revenue, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.
    • Building executive-level relationships with strategic customers, EPCs and industry partners while overseeing major commercial opportunities and negotiations.
    • Partnering with Business Unit Managers, Cluster Managers and Functional Leaders to maximize growth opportunities across the global portfolio.

    You will be mainly accountable for

    • Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively.
