    Marketing Manager

    National brand seeking a brilliant, out of the box thinker, dynamic and well connected marketing genius to join their team! 

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 / Matric
    • Relevant qualification in Marketing
    • Driver’s License (non-negotiable)
    • At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing, including managing a small team
    • Highly computer literate
    • Competent on all social media platforms
    • Clued up with the latest Marketing technologies
    • Strong and confident communicator
    • The ability to multi-task and work under extreme pressure
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Ambitious and driven – Willing to go the extra mile
    • Out of the box thinker

    MAIN JOB DUTIES:

    • Master the requirements from each of the Group’s brands, including regulations for advertising and corporate identity, while also developing out of the box marketing strategies.
    • Research and analyse market trends and demographics, in order to improve Marketing strategies and to ensure that all Marketing strategies are current and effective.
    • Conduct competitor analysis on a continuous basis.
    • Develop and implement new and creative Marketing strategies / campaigns – In order to nurture existing customer base and attract new customers.
    • Plan and implement all advertising / promotional campaigns (print and electronic / social media).
    • Using all the marketing channels and platforms
    • Adhere to the company’s Marketing budget and ensure that all Marketing activities are cost-efficient.
    • Monitor and evaluate all Marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Plan and coordinate any Marketing events, as needed.
    • Forward thinking in terms of new marketing methods, internet developments, influences, posts that engage people, etc.
