Marketing Manager - Zonnebloem at Isoflow

Job Vacancies 

• As a Marketing Manager at Isoflow, you will be the mastermind behind our marketing campaigns. You will plan, execute, and optimise our marketing efforts across various channels, such as email, LinkedIn, and events. You will also work hand in hand with the sales team to align our marketing and sales goals and generate high-quality leads for our specialised services in UX & UI Design.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target markets
• Creating and managing an agency-wide marketing plan, setting specific calendar deadlines, and completing tasks by goal priority
• Creating and managing engaging content and campaigns for our website, social media, email newsletters, and other platforms
• Measuring and analysing the performance and ROI of our marketing activities and providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Managing and optimising our marketing budget and resources
• Researching and staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and demand generation
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as designers and developers
• Heading the Marketing Department with support from a cross-functional team
• Planning and coordinating all aspects of prospect events and outreach (seminars, lunch and  webinars, events, etc.) to educate clients, raise awareness, and grow the prospect pipeline
• Organising and promoting brand awareness through advertisements, articles, and managing relationships with our design community and partners
• Establish and maintain a business growth management platform / CRM (e.g. Hubspot) and nurturing leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, etc.
• Maintaining internal systems and marketing analytics to provide comparative data for future years

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
• 3-6+ years in a marketing role; experience in B2B and services marketing
• Extensive knowledge of multichannel marketing strategy, including digital marketing
• Ability to think conceptually and maintain a holistic view of marketing and communications, while not missing delicate details of events, timelines, relationships, and internal processes
• Strong writing and editing skills, and a passion for maintaining brand guidelines and a cohesive voice across all internal and external content
• Outstanding project management skills and ability to drive initiatives forward, challenge conventional thinking, and propose then implement new ways of accomplishing goals
• Possess leadership and management skills to delegate tasks and manage expectations regarding deadlines, prioritisation, and deliverables of team members
• Above average proficiency with technology, including CRM database software, email marketing software, social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn), and web analytics tools
