    Marketing Professional

    Your role:

    • Contract management and smooth communication to service operations and execution teams. Ensures service obligations are communicated and understood by operations and administration teams.
    • Drive contract capture rate upwards through continuous engagement with AEs and customers.
    • Promotion of services through presentations and talks with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure smooth and efficient communication between sales, CS teams, technical and administration.
    • Ensure efficient execution of all CS and Business Management Processes.
    • Analysis and preparation of service contract for new, renewals and tenders.
    • Customer base analysis.
    • Contract management which informs decision making related to invoicing, daily operations, applications support and manpower planning.
    • Driving market and customer-oriented service marketing operations strategies and offerings
    • Promotion of value-added services such as: Customized service agreements, enhanced productivity services, SRS, Healthineers Guardian Program etc.
    • Build and maintain contract database and reports.
    • Ensure and maintain customer visits to drive customer consultancy and support of service.
    • Assist with additional ad-hoc requests.
    • Design action plans for their implementation and coordinates activities of various stakeholders.
    • Develop product related Marketing strategies to drive product demand for assigned organizational unit(s) and may manage the outbound marketing activities for assigned products.
    • Work cross functional with various internal key stake holders to design and develop strategies for different product segments under all Modalities.

    Your expertise:

    • National Diploma/ BCom Degree or equivalent
    • Should have at least 3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development preferably in Medical Devices / Life Sciences companies.
    • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, dependable, and team player.
    • Must also have problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills and able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Financial acumen
    • Work in a fast-paced team
    • Have a strong digitalization mindset.
    • Be able to work independently.
    • Knowledge of PowerBI & SAP would be an advantage.
