    Marketing Strategist

    About the Role:

    • As a Digital Client Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital strategies that support our eyecare clients in achieving their business goals.
    • You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless strategy execution and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients. If you have a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a passion for the healthcare industry, this role is perfect for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement tailored, data-driven digital strategies that drive growth, increase patient engagement, and contribute to our clients long-term success.
    • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing proactive solutions that exceed expectations.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (SEO, content, design, development) to ensure the seamless execution of strategies aligned with client goals.
    • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track client performance (using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems), and continuously refine strategies based on data insights, trends, and client feedback.
    • Project Management: Oversee client projects from start to finish, ensuring quality deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
    • Client Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and deliver strategic reports and performance updates, offering actionable insights and recommendations to drive client success.
    • Innovation & Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and propose new strategies to increase client satisfaction and success.

    Key Skills & Experience:

    • Client Strategy Development: Proven experience in designing and optimizing digital strategies aligned with business goals, ideally in digital marketing.
    • Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in building and nurturing strong client relationships to deliver exceptional results.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using digital tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems) to refine strategies and optimize client performance.
    • Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
    • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, with healthcare or medical experience a plus.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with diverse teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions that exceed expectations.
    • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to pivot strategies as client needs evolve and provide creative, data-driven solutions.

    Soft Skills:

    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining strategies, data insights, and recommendations.
    • Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and the ability to develop innovative, actionable solutions.
    • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, focused on collective success and fostering a positive work environment.
    • Leadership Potential: Ability to demonstrate leadership within client accounts and when collaborating with internal teams.

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or agency settings, with a focus on healthcare, medical, or professional services.
    • Proven ability to manage client relationships, develop strategies, and use performance data for optimization.
    • Familiarity with performance analysis tools, including Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CRM systems.
    • Experience with healthcare or eyecare clients is a plus.

    Specific Requirements:

    •  Standard working hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

    All work is remote. You can work from anywhere, but youll need to provide:

    • Your own computer, monitors, etc.
    • A quiet, dedicated workspace.
    • Stable, high-speed internet.
    • Load-shedding equipment if applicable.
