    Factotum (NviroTek)

    Description

    • NviroTek Laboratories, with branches in North West and the Western Cape, is seeking a reliable Factotum who is comfortable with the physical demands of the role.
    • The successful candidate will help keep our premises clean, safe, and well maintained in line with safety regulations.
    • Cleaning of all outside as well as public/common areas
    • Gardening
    • Watering, planting, weeding, mulching, and lawn care
    • Maintenance
    • Upkeep of water systems, tarmac, paving, lights, and walls
    • Health and safety
    • Report potential risks and strictly follow safety rules, including the safe use of tools.

    Requirements

    • Grade 10, with good communication skills.
    • No experience required, but previous gardening experience will be an advantage.
    • A valid driver’s licence will be advantageous

    Communication Officer

    Description

    • NviroTek Laboratories (with branches in North West and the Western Cape) is seeking a proactive Group Communications Officer to drive marketing and communication initiatives across all businesses and sites.
    • The role includes conducting market research, delivering effective marketing and advertising services, managing internal and external communications, overseeing digital platforms, and coordinating customer relations to strengthen the company’s brand presence.
    • Manage customer relations, via corporate events, exhibitions, gifting, etc.
    • Conduct market research projects
    • Handle internal communication, e.g internal newsletters, surveys
    • Render effective internal and external marketing and advertising services, including annual marketing budget.
    • Manage digital platforms (including Google Business) as well as website content.
    • Provide (in-house) corporate marketing services and brand management strategies.
    • Design and coordinate marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.)

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communication, or related roles, preferably within the agriculture industry or a laboratory setting.
    • Proven track record in market research, customer relations and brand management.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or courses in Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Marketing are desirable.
    • Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills
    • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.

    Parts Manager (Agrifriend)

    Description

    • Senwes Equipment is looking for a hands-on Parts Manager to oversee and grow our spares department.
    • You’ll ensure accurate stock management, on-time availability of parts, seasonal planning, and improved stock turn. Your role also includes building strong client relationships through product support, promotions, and farmer events.
    • You will manage weekly purchasing processes, oversee administrative accuracy, and report directly to the Branch Manager on parts performance.
    • Staff development, performance management, and health & safety compliance form an important part of the leadership expectations.

    Requirements

    • We’re looking for someone with a Grade 12 qualification and 3+ years of experience in spares, ideally with some management exposure.
    • If you’re organised, customer-focused, and ready to lead a results-driven parts department, this role is an excellent fit.
