Marketing Support Specialist (Graduate Programme) at Philips

As a Marketing Support Specialist you will support the execution of Marketing activities at Philips Personal Health in South Africa.

Duration: 12 months

Your role:

• Perform administrative support: brand & competitor research, data entry & excel, meeting/task scheduling, assist on presentations and Ad-hoc activities connected with supporting the Marketing Team;
• Assist with website, social media and digital requirements, tracking of activities, monitoring including website product catalogs, influencers, competitor activity, trends etc.
• Contribute to the preparation and release of promotional materials for launches and campaigns
• Raising Purchase orders, weekly/ monthly monitoring and tracking, approving invoices and coordinating with team for any request/issues related to PO’s
• Gather and interpret local & global customer insights and translate into key actions;
• Consolidate regional pricing charts, competitor pricing and market analysis;
• Support with conference, strategy meetings or events coordinating (internal/external event) and tracking of necessary budgets;
• Plan and execute at least one marketing activity over the period of a year under the direction and supervision of the marketing manager; and present outcomes & key highlights.

• You are a 2022-2024 graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications and related field.
• You are a South African Graduate and have completed all modules/credits for the qualification mentioned above with a minimum of 60%
• Fluent in English
