    Marketing Trainee

    Key responsibilities

    • Conduct market research (not data driven) to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
    • Support marketing team in collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials, including sales presentations.
    • Coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and services.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
    • Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed to contribute to the overall success of the marketing department, including communication.

    Qualifications and skills

    • Grade 12 (NSC)
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
    • Computer skills
    • Previous internship or work experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
    • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
