Marketplace Sales Associate (FTC 12 Months) at Tych Business Solutions

JOB DESCRIPTION

• This role is ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, online retail, and data-driven sales. The successful candidate will support brands and sellers with advertising solutions and campaign performance across a fast-paced online marketplace. The successful candidate will work closely with account managers and advertisers to support advertising campaigns, analyse performance data, and help drive advertising growth on the platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the onboarding of new sellers and vendors for Sponsored Ads
• Assist with managing and optimising advertising campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance data and share insights with advertisers
• Monitor and improve advertising performance metrics
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Work with internal teams to support advertising revenue growth
• Participate in consultations with advertisers to increase ad adoption and investment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management, digital marketing, sales, consulting, or brand management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles
• Experience using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or online marketplaces will be advantageous
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
