Grade 12 or equivalent. No experience required. Computer Literacy. Knowledge of government Supply Chain Management policies will be an added advantage. Previous EPWP experience will be an added advantage.
Duties :
Updating of bin cards and stock cards. Issuing stock and compiling monthly reports. Maintain good working relationship and good communication skills with colleagues, Supervisors and other stakeholders, consolidate demand plan and procurement plan for the entire hospital, Filling of SCM records.
Capturing of Goods Received Vouchers. updating of inventory lists. Assist with ordering approved equipment as per regulations. Assist with receiving of stock, Assets Verification, Request for Quotations, Assist with preparation of documents for Quotation Adjudication Committee, and management of work cycle.
