Job Purpose and Impact

• The Material Requirements Planner will plan, schedules and handle raw material needed for production and sales. Coordinating long term supply chain strategies across networks to address capacity issues with regards to having right product on floor and the right time to support production & sales location.

Key Accountabilities

• Handle moderately complex material movement ranging from data management, reporting analysis, purchasing, staging, production and direct sales areas.
• Establish raw material inventory target level in collaboration with other key stakeholders where applicable.
• Participate in setting material requirements planning metrics targets.
• Create and publish a material requirements plan based on the published master supply plan.
• Provide necessary input to master planner for assigned product or location.
• Maintain data relevant to material requirements planning activities including sourcing and replenishment, supplier, planning calendar, material and location data.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Coordinate cross functional work teams to meet high customer service standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of related work experience and minimum of three years in premix facility
