MEA Senior FP&A Analyst at Kimberly-Clark

• Senior FP& A Analyst for the MEA business, partnering with the SSA / MEA Commercial Team and driving commercial financial performance across SSA / MEA markets and customers. Responsibility to lead, challenge and influence commercial planning, analysis, and key strategic decisions to ensure results delivery in both current year and 3-year SBP timeframe.

In this role, you will:

• Co-pilot and P&L ownership for MEA business alongside MEA Finance Lead and Commercial Leads
• Ownership of top-line and bottom-line forecast and commercial analysis to support strategy execution, strengthen in-market performance and improve overall decision making to deliver both top line growth and margin improvement
• Financial leadership across commercial finance including Revenue Management, Innovation & Portfolio Management, Investment ROI (A&P and Capex)
• Collaborate across Finance function with Finance Lead, Delivered Cost, Controllership, Global Business Services, MID with a “CFO mindset” for business to improve processes
