In this role, you will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities that will keep you engaged and proactive:
Actively support the HSE and review and validate DSTIs, act as OHS, and guide contractors in adhering to the project’s EMPrs.
Monitor and oversee contractors’ on-site activities and performance within the scope of work, ensuring compliance with contracts, employer’s requirements, and industry best practices.
Provide QA/QC support, which entails ensuring accurate design implementation, and assisting the EPC Engineer with on-site engineering.
Collaborate with the Project Scheduler and Commercial team to measure progress review documents and interact with stakeholders to effectively convey company values and objectives on-site.
What you’ll need
To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years experience in the mechanical site or construction operations, with at least 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. A BTech or BSc (Diploma minimum) in Mechanical Engineering is required, with substantial exposure to these fields over the years.
Additionally, you should demonstrate a thorough understanding of regulations, experience in managing multiple projects, and proactive and intercultural competence along with being a major team player and enjoy site.
