Experience:
3 - 5 years’ experience in the maintenance (post trade) in a junior specialist, operations or function specific role with specific reference to the related supervisory competencies within a pulp and paper environment
Code 08 / EB license
All relevant plant equipment licenses
Key Performance Areas:
Supervise all aspects of the team’s health, safety, environmental and quality requirements
Ensure cost effective team operations by allocating resources, prioritizing work and maximizing plant availability
Foster and maintain customer and supplier relations
Implement team KPI’s that are aligned to the departmental plan
Technical team support in shared maintenance activities
Allocate team resources to areas where required to ensure optimum availability and efficiency of equipment
Deliver weekly and monthly maintenance team reports
Effective team supervision of the CMS workshop team
