This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechatronics Engineer located in Durban. The Mechatronics Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated systems and robotics. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, performing system tests, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve integrated systems and processes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining automated systems
Experience with mechatronics systems, including robotics and control systems
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience in programming and using tools such as CAD software is an advantage
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
