- IMAC Requirements – Assisting Talent with new staff applications / extensions / terminations / server access/ hardware and accessories allocations / group mail enable and disable
- Timesheets Administration – User request applications with Masters / changes/ extensions/ disable
- Timesheets Reporting - User compliancy / user amendments / finance reporting
- EFTSure & MDM Requests – Local and Foreign vendor & client applications
- Media Vendor Master Data – Vendor platform allocations /
- Starscape Master Data - User additions and deletions
- Staff Organograms - Update Staff and Client allocations
- Client Master Data – Client codes upkeep
- Media Server - Management and upkeep
- Staff Onboarding – Agency WOW / Timesheets / Publicis Policies / Reporting Lines allocations / Career Conversations log in details / Expense Claims understanding for users / Leave Calendar and applications / Write Off Process / Boardroom Bookings, Catering and Visitor Parking
- Health and Safety – User protocol understanding
