    Job Description

    On this journey we´re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Media Project Responsible you will be a key player in making this happen. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, together with the rest of the Marketing & Communications team you will be responsible for setting a customer centric communications plan for all paid, owned and store channels, incl. briefing of agencies and content teams, to drive customer, brand & sales goals for our customer target group in the market. You will also be responsible to collaborate cross functionally to secure commercial activities that drive the sales performance.

    Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Based on global media strategies, set the planning, implementation, and follow-up of the local paid media strategy

    • Drive a successful implementation of global marketing campaigns across all bought media & store channels

    • Perform analysis and share results and learnings for the different customer groups per media channel

    • Drive allocation of paid brand & consideration media budget investments to different customer groups and media channels, following up on results coupled to spending 

    • Work collaboratively with local Merchandising & Visual teams to drive commercial activities

    To be successful in this role, we believe you need to be a natural leader with a broad marketing knowledge and commercial experience that understands the total picture from growing brand to customer acquisition & retention. You have a good understanding of the local media landscape and knowledge of paid and owned channels with the ability to set and follow through on detailed plans. You have worked in retail or media agencies with planning & follow up of media and commercial activities and you are an expert in digital channels

    Besides your personality we see that you have:

    • a degree preferably within Marketing, Communication or Business

    • approx. 5 years of experience from a similar role, preferably in retail with strategic and operative experience of customer-centric media channels and commercial plans

    • strong leadership experience from an environment where your business orientation, analytical ability and structure help you succeed
