Medical Officer - Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the HPCSA as a medical practitioner. Registration with the HPCSA as an independent medical practitioner with proof of current registration.
Grade 1: None experience after registration as Medical Practitioner with the HPCSA in respect of South African qualified employees,
Grade 2: Minimum of 5 years appropriate experience as Medical Practitioner after registration with the HPCSA as Medical Practitioner in respect of South African qualified employees and
Grade 3: Minimum of 10 years appropriate experience as Medical Practitioner after registration with the HPCSA as Medical Practitioner in respect of South African qualified employees.
Duties :
Co-ordinate and manage clinical care and treatment.
Medical officer should be to provide service in terms of management of Plastic Surgery and Burns patients (OPD, Ward work, Theatre, outreach ETC).
May also oversee undergraduate student and support post graduate students and must also fulfil HPCSA requirements.
