Matric /Grade 12. Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the HPCSA as Medical Practitioner. Surgical Primaries (FCS Primaries). Current registration with HPCSA as Medical Practitioner 2023/2024.
A minimum of 2 years appropriate experience as a Medical Practitioner after registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Practitioner will be an added advantage.
Duties :
Ensure effective and efficient general surgery service delivery. Provide clinical care and treatment.
Provide training to Interns and Medical students. Better utilization of resources such as laboratory and blood products. Supervision of undergraduates and interns.
Perform compulsory commuted overtime. Ensure compliance with policies/protocols. Ability to function independently and be part of a multidisciplinary team.
Registrars will be required to register as post-graduate students with the University according to the requirements for the discipline in the yearbook and guidelines.
Do research within 3 years before writing final examinations FC Urol (SA).
