Medical Specialist Grade 1- 3: Block Advert (Eastern Cape) at SADOCS

MEDICAL SPECIALIST GRADE 1- 3

• SALARY: R1 395 528 – R2 301 186 per annum (OSD)
• GRADE 1: R 1 395 528 – R1 479 723 per annum (OSD)
• GRADE 2: R 1 592 274 – R1 688 553 per annum (OSD)
• GRADE 3: R 1 844 151 - R2 301 186 per annum (OSD) (All-inclusive remuneration package) -basic salary consists of 70% or 75% of total package, salary package will be structured according to Middle Management Service guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:

• Appropriate qualification that allows for the required registration with the HPCSA as a Physiotherapist. Current registration with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
• Grade 1: experience none after registration with the health professional council of South Africa (HPCSA) in the relevant profession (where applicable) in respect of qualified employees who performed community services as required.
• Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience after registration with HPCSA in the relevant profession in respect of qualified employees who performed community service as required in South Africa.
• Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years’ relevant experience after registration with HPCSA in the relevant profession in respect of qualified employees who performed community service asrequired in South Africa.

• Internal Medicine, OrthopedicSurgery, Ophthalmology, Medical Oncology, Medical Emergency, Psychiatry, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics,Nephrology, General Surgery, Urology, Neurology, Radiology, Ear Nose Throat, Anesthetics, Neurosurgery, Family Physician

REQUIREMENTS :

• Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as Medical Specialist in a normal Specialty.
• Registration with a professional council: Registration with the HPCSA as Medical Specialist in a normal Specialty.

Experience:

• Grade 1: None after registration with the HPCSA as a
• Medical Specialist. Grade 2: A minimum of 5 years’ appropriate experience as Medical Specialist after registration with the HPCSA (or a recognized foreign Health Professional Council in respect of a foreign qualified employee) as a Medical Specialist in a normal Specialty.
• Grade 3: A minimum of 10 years’ appropriate experience as Medical Specialist after registration with the HPCSA (or a recognized foreign Health Professions Council in respect of a foreign qualified employee) as a Medical Specialist in a normal Specialty.
