    Membership Administrator QC

    About the Job

    • We require the services of a well spoken, well organised Administrator to handle all our membership applications and queries.
    • You must have worked in an environment where you deal with new applications before

    Requirements

    • S.A. Citizens only
    • Fluent in English, Afrikaans and other African languages
    • Matric
    • Diploma in Business or Finance (Tax)
    • Sales and admin experience essential
    • Advanced MS Office skills
    • Well presented and very well spoken.
    • Available immediately

    Main Duties

    • Assess new applications
    • Assist members with queries and payment
    • Welcome new members
    • Implement Membership growth strategies
    • Assist with campaigns
    • Support the Membership Manager
