Merchandiser - Durban at Stratogo

Responsibilities:

• Merchandising: Execute product displays and arrange merchandise in an appealing manner to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and customers.
• Numeracy: Proficient in counting and handling transactions accurately to maintain precise inventory records.
• Receiving Skills: Responsible for efficiently receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming merchandise shipments.
• Honesty: Uphold high standards of honesty and integrity in handling financial transactions and managing inventory.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring shelves and display areas are tidy and attractive.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in merchandising or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Numeracy skills for accurate inventory management.
• Ability to maintain a high level of honesty and integrity.
• Attention to detail for effective merchandise presentation.
• Good organizational skills for efficient housekeeping.
• Matric/Grade 12
• Clear criminal record.
