Grade 10-12 or equivalent qualification. No experience required. Basic literacy skills (read and write). Basic communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Basic record keeping skills. Time management and teamwork. Knowledge of Batho Pele principles . Previous EPWP experience will be an added advantage.
Duties :
Collect and deliver files, documents, parcels, mail, and medical records from wards and clinics. Distribute memos, circulars, and official documents. Maintain registers and track documents.
Assist with registry duties, including filing, photocopying, and shredding. Handle confidential information responsibly. Collect files from wards and other units according to a schedule and upon request.
Deliver stock to wards, including ward stock, vacutainers, and medication packets, as scheduled and when requested. Keep accurate records of files collected and stock delivered. Move and handle boxes of stock within designated areas.
