To provide specialist advice & support in the development & implementation of MIS service delivery processes, methods and techniques; enabling reliable business intelligence to inform key deliverables & decision making.

Job Description

Management Information (MI) and Reporting: Engage with internal business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure objectives, priorities and key requirements are agreed and understood. Interpret data and identify issues, manage the full development lifecycle of the BI solution from requirements gathering, solution development, testing and implementation using a variety of BI technologies including but not limited to Microsoft SQL Server BI stack (essential), Power BI (essential), Hadoop and Python/R programming.

The Required Skills for this position are:

Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions; Database Management Systems (DBMS); Microsoft Business Intelligence; Microsoft Power BI; SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS); SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS); Structured Query Language (SQL) Development

The Optional (Advantageous) Skills for this position are:
Hadoop; Python; R Programming

Candidates with a Degree/Diploma in Information Systems/Informatics or similar field and a minimum of 5 years working experience in MI/BI Reporting will also be given first consideration.
