Overview:

As a Microsoft 365 Developer, you will be responsible for creating robust and efficient solutions using a combination of PowerApps, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Power BI. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop effective solutions that optimize processes, workflows, and collaboration. By leveraging your deep understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, you will configure, customize, and administer SharePoint Online to tailor sites to the unique needs of various teams and departments. Additionally, you will utilize Power BI to develop insightful reports and dashboards that empower data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps solutions to address complex business challenges, optimizing processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective solutions, ensuring that they align with business goals.
• Configure, customize, and administer SharePoint Online, tailoring sites to meet the unique needs of various teams and departments.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights and improve decision-making capabilities.
• Provide technical support and assistance, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft 365 applications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in order to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 development, particularly in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online development, including site design, custom workflows, and integration with other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, particularly in relation to Microsoft 365 integration.
• Familiarity with the Common Data Service, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Canvas Apps.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Proven experience in developing solutions using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high quality standards.
• A qualification in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
