Finding creative solutions to complex web / mobile app challenges
Confidently explaining UX decisions to clients & gather feedback
Testing product assumptions with users and gathering feedback
Analysing web traffic or user testing data to answer UX questions
Drive all wireframe iterations until sign-off
Attend client meetings to define strategy and requirements
Brief the UI design team on the UX decisions and screen flows
The ideal candidate will have:
A strong digital portfolio showcasing UX research and prototypes for functional web and mobile applications
The ability to analyse competitors, user data, research, and present findings
A strong proficiency in low-fidelity wireframing & prototyping (Axure, Figma or similar) while remaining up to date with tech & design tools and trends
Good communication skills and the ability to sell your UX designs to clients and your team members alike
A reputation amongst colleagues for meticulous attention to detail
Experience in fast and effective problem-solving and decision making abilities
