Responsibilities

Job Overview:
- Supportive function to the Shift Miller.
- Monitoring of production process. Quality testing during on products produced.
- Maintenance of production equipment housekeeping - General/Ongoing.
- Monitoring machine efficiency
- Check Vitamin dosages and quality
- Assisting Miller with maintenance and plantsifters, fitters and conveyors
- Performing all other duties assigned by Miller
- Preparing moisture and quality reports and control sheets when required
- Report deviation to the Miller
- Proactive prevention of chokes and downtime
- Housekeeping
- Adhere to safety requirements
