Mine Construction Specialist: Bilingual Trainer at SWIFT

Qualifications:

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Advanced Certificate in Construction.
• Advanced Certificate in on-site supervision.
• First Aid (Level 1) certificate.
• Valid Driver’s License

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Mine Construction Worker or similar role.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a team leader role.
• Experience as trainer, mentor, coach or facilitator.

Knowledge and Skills:

• English: Fully Proficient.
• Mandarin: Fully Proficient (Preferred).
• Basic Computer Literacy.
• Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout etc.)
• Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods.
• Knowledge of construction operations and procedures.
• Able to train, mentor and coach local construction workers.
